The minimum purchase for this package is 16 tests.
Each Package only allow one test per person per payment.
A list of names for each person expecting testing must be sent immediate to the lab via email, [email protected]
All prices are in US Dollars
Once the online payment is successful, an electronic receipt is sent to
the person who made the purchase via email. The receipt must be
presented to the Covid-19 Task Force on the day of swabbing as proof
of payment.
